GrieselVeld (Raking Field) location: buurtschap Straten, Oirschot, NL land art work for Euro Land Art. Raking the land as a ritual, expressing our connection with the land. Asparagus-beds and potatoe-beds imitate the raking marks on a landscape-size scale. Organised meetings between city folk and the local inhibitants, at the picknick table, were part of the art work.
